Review Criterias
| Pros | 2-Plan Team’s web based version has a very basic and simple feel to it allowing the user to master the program with very little work. Since it is an open source application, it will easily install on in-house servers. The application also has a smartphone feature which I was looking for which allows even the busiest of teams to stay up to date on the project’s status and events. |
| Cons | The hosted solution is not yet available for this application. The hosted solution comes with a monthly subscription fee. |
| Conclusion | Collaboration is an obvious focus of this application with the abilities to send emails, messages, notifications, subscribe to RSS feeds and share files. The users know exactly what tasks they need to complete as the simple and easy to read dashboard displays this and other information as soon as they sign in. |
