Review Criterias

Pros	The software package integrates very easily with MS Outlook and allows you to not have to learn yet another product from scratch. A good majority of people I know use MS Outlook everyday which minimizes the learning curve that much more for this software. A Mind Mapping utility is available – one of my favorite options to see now. The software incorporates some of the major components of project management and does it well communication, budgeting, and time lines. Inloox also has the capabilities to utilize SharePoint server. Everything can be done for the project without leaving Outlook.
Cons	Very few cons associated with this software package. The most glaring is if you or your company does not use MS Outlook as their email client. Cost is also something that can be a bit prohibitive for a single user or small company.
Conclusion	For those of us who don’t have the time or the patience – in other words money – to spend on other Project Management products, this package is a complete hit! Simple to implement and the seamless integration into MS Outlook makes this package worth while. The adding of resources, tasks, and communications is a snap. No need to learn how to use a bulky product as this incorporates what you will need within an application you use most every day.
