A charming tool with limited help in English

Review Criterias
| Pros | It looks good is what I would say first (just have a peek at their interactive Gantt Chart and you will know what I mean). You can use it in standalone mode or through SQL database / multi-user file based. The integration server is kept separate…and this brings in the required abstraction and simplicity. You also have a free version for personal use - Rillsoft Project freeware. Capacity planning, resource management and scheduling are the strong points. |
| Cons | Capacity planning is available only in Enterprise edition and this is like forcing the professional edition users to go for Enterprise edition. The English version of documentation is very minimal. Price isn't low either. |
| Conclusion | It is probably not meant for people who want the user documenation in English...even their website doesn't have much information in English. It does try to charm you with it looks but then you are looking for features…aren't you? Rillsoft does do the job it is meant for but there are better project management software available. |
