Review Criterias

Pros	Customizable reports and several dashboards or views - each presenting a different and detailed perspective of things, graphical representations of data, KPI definition for strategic alignment, project ranking, What-if analysis, multi-project Gantt chart, 2-way support for MS-project, advanced resource management, personal dashboard, visual indicators for status, cost and budget tracking features, automatic invoice generation with MS word and Excel support. collect and prioritize project requests, manage changes/issues/risks, role-based workflows.
Cons	lots of functionality means complicating simple stuff too, there is a decent learning curve involved
Conclusion	If you already have a lot of stuff running on lotus platform, then Genius project's lotus-platform version could be the obvious choice. And yes, there is a SaaS solution available too. With almost all the features in there, geniusinside is complete solution that has been laid out very well. So, it is quite suited for multi-project environments where resource utilization, team building and capacity planning are much required together with a tight tracking mechanism in place. Yes, there will be some learning curve...I mean with so many functionality you ought to spend some time with the software. Again, it might not be suitable for single projects or a small portfolio of projects that don't need such elaborate functionality and tight control.
