Pavone Project Managemnet is a Web-based PPM software to manage several projects, central resource pools, documents, etc. Controlling and planning of projects is always easier with purpose-built software like PAVONE ProjectBuilder. ProjectBuilder enables project structures to be built up very easily with a modeling tool that is one of its unique features. There is an interface which allows you to incorporate projects set up with Microsoft Project and then administer them as if they are structured by PAVONE ProjectBuilder. The software is specially designed for new projects and therefore has an extensive library of templates and models that you can choose for your new project. The software allows resource management, document management, capacity management, activity management, and project management by time tracking and scheduling with necessary calendars for the activities on a project. Review Criterias

Pros	- Possibility of process orientation - Forms for process steps - MS Project and MS Office integration
Cons	- Gantt chart in the web client is cumbersome - Tracking and reporting tools are absent in the web client
Conclusion	Pavone PPM is suited to an organization that strives for process-oriented development with defined gateways and process transitions. In the areas of portfolio management, scheduling, and tracking, other tools are markedly better equipped.
