Review Criterias

Pros	Very close to MS-project except that Serena Mariner PPM is a SaaS solution. Wow! - SaaS. The best part is the kind of views and reports you can pull up (and it does help in decision making). The finances and resources can be rolled up to project / porfolio levels.
Cons	Like everything else, it does inherit the complexity of MS-project; thus making it fit only for larger projects/ porfolios
Conclusion	If you have been using MS project and have got so comfortable with it that you keep pushing your wish for a PPM SaaS solution, then this one is for you. It does feel a bit complex and is suitable for large projects/ programs primarily.
