Next to the individual criteria ratings, pm-software.org also displays a cumulative total score. In general, it is possible to weigh the importance of various individual criteria differently. This is a sensible approach when evaluating project management software. However, priorities and corresponding ratings can vary from user to user. Accordingly, when we calculate the overall score, we dispense with weighting of scores for individual criteria. That way, all criteria contribute the same weight to the overall score.
