Who creates the reviews?

Generally, any registered member may write a review.  If a particular review seems conspicuously superlative, leading to a presumption of manipulation of the rating process, pm-software.org reserves the right to withhold publication of the rating.

Only select members may contribute so-called Editor Reviews.  See the related FAQ.
