DeskAway is positioned between the simple project tools and complex per user per month project management software - its packed with powerful features and affordable plans (plans start from FREE to $99 per month, unlimited users) that can be used by even the most non-technical person in a team. Yearly payments get 2 months free. All our paid accounts have unlimited users though there is a cap on Number of Project and File Storage.

Some of the hottest features till date are DeskMail, automatic email reminders, cloning projects and reporting & analytics.

DeskAway is subscribed to by small teams including teams within larger organizations and also freelancers. Typically, in our case, the buying decision is made by the owners of the business or the business side rather then the IT side.

DeskAway combines a mix of simplicity, feature-richness and affordability into its project management service with a focus on key social features (user profiles, twitter-style updates etc.) in the SMB project 2.0 space.

Review Criterias

Pros	Another great online hosted solution that is geared towards project collaboration. Users can get real-time project updates via an RSS feed. Blogs, wikis, and a discussion forum add to the collaboration focus. Simple to use interface and reports section allows you to shine!
Cons	There is a monthly charge based on the number of users and projects that you and your company will need to give access to. The packages range from $25 to $99 monthly.
Conclusion	Collaboration is key component with this package. From time tracking, and blogging to issue tracking and reporting. This package has tons of great features. Scalability is also a huge bonus as the package will keep pace with your company size and workload. File sharing and versioning are also included.
