Review Criterias

Pros	It is open source (i.e. free). It is integrated with a complete quality system that comes with a document management system and helps manage defects, audits, suppliers and much more. Supports quality management systems of various types (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and more. Integrates with MS project, pattern matching for similar projects can help with continuous improvements, real vs predicted comparison, SMS/ email alerts, indexed search just like google, and reports in MS office/ open office / pdf formats.
Cons	The user interface doesn't look very good and it isn't intuitive, poor support for English (videos aren't in English either), some advanced functions are not available.
Conclusion	What else can you ask for in a free software - Quality management system, project management features and helpdesk/incident-tracking functions…all are integrated together. However, this also makes the software look dis-oriented some times. So, it doesn't become a Enterprise management system and it doesn't become a plain PM system. The GUI surely needs some help as it doesn't look that great at all. Moreover, if you don't understand Spanish, you are in for a tough time while using this tool. Still, it isn't really bad for what it does.
