Pros A whole lot of customization options for various Agile approaches like XP, Scrum etc….so you have project templates for all approaches and these too are customizable. In all, it is very adaptable. The other big pro is easy of use and intuitive user interface. Other goodies are - 1-year free trial (5 users), nice documentation (including videos), great collaboration options (Wiki, RSS feeds, email alerts, personal queues, drag-n-drop card walls, comments/history at card level), customizable dashboards, configurable workflow transitions, good access control mechanism, card ranking, easy release tracking and reporting, bug tracking, in-built macros, multiple filtering options (including tags), burn down charts, velocity tables....and some great support by thoughtworks.
Cons The project backlog should be made available in a more direct rather than tweaks. Also, a stripped down version for small enterprises/projects would be a good idea.
Conclusion It is primarily meant for large enterprises and especially for those who follow agile approaches for various projects…and the fact that it is highly customizable for various agile approaches and provides UI customizations too...makes it even better. Note that you will need to buy a commercial license and it is not cheap. Thoughtworks Studios provides the required support ..so it has a big name backing :).. Medium scale enterprises might also go for it e.g. enterprises that are heavily into agile. This is one tool that comes will all the bells and whistles for an agile PM tool.
