Taskpoint has as an Online Project Management Software that enables planning of projects in minutes and enables scheduling of tasks, assigning of resources, and monitoring the progress of the project online. As the software is online-enabled, the progress or status of a project can be checked from anywhere. Project teams can be created and even tasks can be assigned online. Reassigning of tasks is also possible so that the right people are on the project at all times. Time tracking is easy to use and time spent by various units can be monitored so that tasks are completed on schedule. Project files can be easily shared and information disseminated on a need-to-know basis. Like all project management software, this Taskpoint offering has a separate section for project reports that can be viewed or sent by e-mail.
There are three plans – basic, advanced and enterprise. The basic cost is $19/month, advanced is $49/month and enterprise is $ 99/month. A 30-day free trial is available for all three plans.

Review Criterias
| Pros | Online collaboration tool. Issue tracking is a major plus. Also allows for Wiki’s. Pay-as-you-go-service with multi-lingual interface for groups spanning the globe. Flexible access control settings are available. Hosted solution. |
| Cons | Limited space for projects capping at 30Gb for enterprise agreement. Lots of beta versions of Add-ons that are critical to project managers including budgeting, etc. |
| Conclusion | If you are a small to medium sized company looking for a hosted project management solution, this software would be a great choice. With over 30 supported languages, project planning, file sharing and reporting features are some of the many features available to choose from. |
