Review Criterias

Availibilty. Always available (24x7) Easy to use Very little admin overhead Easy to customize |
| Cons |
No "Datamart" available to create reports. Reports must be requested from the supplier to be developed at extra costs. The Task module does not provide the functionality to define interdependancies on tasks & milestones Cannot share filters between users - each user must setup his/her own filters. |

Review Criterias
| Pros | PPO is an uncomplicated, cost effective, user friendly project portfolio management system. I found it quick to learn and straightforward and makes project management easy with exceptional reporting and dashboards immediately available at your finger tips. |
| Cons | The system is perfect to run your Portfolio of projects but wont run your whole business. |
| Conclusion | I would rather invest in a product like PPO that is locally developed and supported. |
