Review Criterias

Pros Availibilty. Always available (24x7)
Easy to use
Very little admin overhead
Easy to customize
Cons No "Datamart" available to create reports. Reports must be requested from the supplier to be developed at extra costs.
The Task module does not provide the functionality to define interdependancies on tasks & milestones
Cannot share filters between users - each user must setup his/her own filters.

Review Criterias

Pros PPO is an uncomplicated, cost effective, user friendly project portfolio management system. I found it quick to learn and straightforward and makes project management easy with exceptional reporting and dashboards immediately available at your finger tips.
Cons The system is perfect to run your Portfolio of projects but wont run your whole business.
Conclusion I would rather invest in a product like PPO that is locally developed and supported.
