Review Criterias
| Pros | Very simple and user friendly interface. i think they didn't skip even a single feature for project management. So many unique features e.g casper mode, instant chat messaging, inbuilt file proofing tool i like the most. So i will say overall proofhub is perfect project management & collaboration software. |
| Cons | As such not, but they should also provide intranet version of proofhub. |
| Conclusion | According to my experience each and every project manager should give a try to proofhub so they can actually know, how it can make their management easy. |

Review Criterias
| Pros | Love the proofing tool, ability to switch between the projects easily, overall its very fast and a lot more. |
| Cons | None as such till now |
| Conclusion | We have been using the beta version of this product in our company since last 4 months and believe me, it's amazing how this product helped in easing up the process of completing the projects right from day one. No matter if it's management or collaboration, this product rocks. |

I use to have a look at almost every new project management software (stand-alone or web based), but seriously I have never seen like this before. 1. The most interesting feature that I liked about it is that it is totally AJAX based just like Google wave or Gmail, which means any new request will be opened in a single page and whole page does not get refreshed. 2. Second most important feature that I liked about it is, it has inbuilt Proofing system, which is the most important tool among designers for taking approvals from their clients. 3. Time tracking is also one of the important feature which is required to track performance of employees. 4. We can also add milestones and assign it to the persons responsible for it. It also have a feature to remind through email. 5. There are many other features which can't be ignored like theme changing, custom login screen, etc. 6. At last, there is one of the most important feature which only Proofhub has - Casper Mode. On activating this mode, one can hide his contact group from third party groups. |
| Cons | As such, I didn't found any cons yet. But still it is in Beta phase, so if there is any issue, the proofhub team has given feedback link where we can post any issue there. |
| Conclusion | The only conclusion from all this discussion is that, one must try proofhub, as it is the best web-based project management system that I found. It is total value for money with so many features. |
