Review Criterias

Pros	Personalized dashboards, define project processes/workflow, can host on your own server or use as SaaS, import / export from and to MS project, detailed scope creep log, push-pull communication system, promote complex issues to task, synchronize calendars (Outlook, iCal, Google Calendar and Entourage), supports subversion, query by example, supports SCRUM, all UTF-8 languages supported. Search functionality allows you to print results, export them to PDF and save search filters for reuse. Risk register is a great feature too. Free licenses for various communities.
Cons	Lots and lots of features which make it look quite complex and also slow it a little bit. Takes some time to learn and get comfortable with.
Conclusion	This one is not meant for those who are looking for simple project management functions. Team Work project delves deep into various aspects of project management and includes a lot of functionality…some of which you might not use actually. Personalized dashboards, risk register and seach function are really good. Moreover, you can opt to install it on your own server...so, it helps organizations that are really concerned about data safety and privacy. Overall, a very versatile software but you ought to need all that it offers. And yes, it is samaritan too -- free licenses for non-profit organizations, small start-ups, bloggers, teachers and more.
