Pros Well laid-out, very usable, customizable and works with various Agile methodologies (XP, Scrum, Agile Unified Process, DSDM). Product planning, Iteration planning and release planning are made easy with drag-drop feature. Goals, requirements, stories, epics, issues, tests, requests …all are easily accessible for building the backlog. And yes, it does integrate well with open source services
Cons The 'Team' edition comes with limited features. Could have done better on capacity planning. And I wonder whether that huge list of reports is actually used by anyone :) …it might be an anti-feature in that sense :)
Conclusion It has the complete set of features and tool that you might be looking for. And it has more (70 odd reports)…Though it is very feature-loaded, it is quite intuitive and easy to use…right stuff at right place...and it really helps. Also, integrates well with various services and supports various Agile methods; And it doesn't cost you a fortune :) (the team edition, even with less features, is great and is free too). It better than many other Agile PM tools out there.
