Pros
Well laid-out, very usable, customizable and works with various Agile methodologies (XP, Scrum, Agile Unified Process, DSDM). Product planning, Iteration planning and release planning are made easy with drag-drop feature. Goals, requirements, stories, epics, issues, tests, requests …all are easily accessible for building the backlog. And yes, it does integrate well with open source services |

Cons
The 'Team' edition comes with limited features. Could have done better on capacity planning. And I wonder whether that huge list of reports is actually used by anyone :) …it might be an anti-feature in that sense :) |

Conclusion
It has the complete set of features and tool that you might be looking for. And it has more (70 odd reports)…Though it is very feature-loaded, it is quite intuitive and easy to use…right stuff at right place...and it really helps. Also, integrates well with various services and supports various Agile methods; And it doesn't cost you a fortune :) (the team edition, even with less features, is great and is free too). It better than many other Agile PM tools out there. |
